EXCELLENTTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It’s not often you get a contractor/ technician who meets and exceeds your expectation. Sam is one such rare person. After our AC suddenly quit on a Sunday morning, we got Sam’s contact from a recommendation. Called Sam on Monday, and he squeezed us in for next day Tuesday. Right off the bat, he showed up at exactly the promised time. He did a detailed and thorough diagnosis, not stopping until he had the full picture of the cause of the AC failure. Sam gave us a few alternative solutions, his recommendations, and very transparent and reasonable pricing. No sales pressure whatsoever. We decided to get a new AC unit (ours was old and out of warranty) and some necessary fixes to the HVAC system that prior installers had not bothered to do or had cut corners on. On the day of the job, Sam and his worker, Brian, showed up right on time early morning. They did an amazing job, spending more time than anticipated to get the job done properly, rather than quickly. Both Sam and Brian were skilled, professional, respectful, kind and both displayed a level of service that’s hard to find these days. Throughout the job, Sam was willing and provided explanations of all the work he was doing so I was well informed. Sam did minor extra work , and used his own extra parts, to make everything perfect, and did not increase the quoted price. A rarity these days! Sam will now be our permanent “hvac guy”and we 100% recommend him for his skill, knowledge, service , and more importantly for being a wonderful person with integrity. Sam came, made an assessment and provided options and recommendations. We decided to replace our 20-year AC with a new one, it was just time for the update. Sam ordered the unit and in few days installed it with his co-worker. They did a great job despite heavy rain, paid attention to every detail and made sure that the installation done the right way. We are very satisfied with our new AC, very thankful to HVACTOR and would recommend their team with no hesitation.
